Make it 6 straight post-season wins and the Griffins 1st ever trip to the CCCAA State Championship. Coach Abshier's men completely dismantled #4 Long Beach City today at home 16-2 winning the series in two games and securing a spot in the Championship Final Four.  Tim Holdgrafer picks up the historic win today on the mound as he allows just 3 hits in 7 innings pitched.  Holdgrafer is now 9-0 on the season.  The Griffins will board a bus and head for Fresno on Friday May 26th.  Championship brackets have yet to be posted but please continue to check our website as well as the CCCAA Championship Baseball page for more details.  The final four teams will begin play on Saturday May 27th (TBA) and will continue through the weekend with the Championship game taking place on Monday May 29th.  Congratulations Grossmont Baseball for making program history!!!
