GC men's water polo sink the San Diego Mesa Olympians 23-15.

Griffin men's water polo traveled to the Joan Kroc Center Monday, September 24 for another Pacific Coast Conference match-up. The men defeated the Olympians easily with a 23-15 score.

The GC men held the lead through all four quarters: first quarter 7-4, second quarter 11-7, third quarter 18-9 and fourth quarter 23-15. Leading scorers include Ryan Blevitt (6), Brock Kammerer (4), Cole Kammerer (3) and Nathan Seaux (3). Travis Rosenkoetter kept the goal with 15 saves, and Brock Kammerer finished with 5 assists.

Griffin men's water polo continue the season undefeated, 3-0 in conference and 7-0 overall. At this rate, GC will sweep the PCAC championship to capture a regional playoff birth. The conference championship is scheduled for November 2-3, 2018 at Southwestern College. The next conference game for the Griffins is also at Southwestern College, Wednesday, September 26 at 3:30 p.m.
