LADY GRIFFINS SCORE IN THE FINAL FIVE

Grossmont women's soccer beat San Diego City College, and currently hold third in conference.

In the second to last week of Pacific Coast Athletic Conference match-ups, Grossmont soccer defeated San Diego City College 1-0. In the final five minutes of the game, it was #6 Elizabeth Bagdasar whom scored the women another win.

Bagdasar stands at 5'9 as GC's utility player, finding herself in many of of the attacking positions since attending Steele Canyon High. She began playing for head coach Jason Aldous in the 2017-18 season.

Aldous states, "She is a character!"

Bagdasar holds 18 goals since 2017, scoring six this 2018 season. She assisted four last year, and two thus far this season. Additionally 18 of her 25 shots recorded have been on frame! Thats a .720 shooting percentage. Well done Bagdasar, women's soccer is third in conference.

According to the PCAC standings, Grossmont holds a 1-2-4 conference record which sits GC behind San Diego Mesa (4-2) and Southwestern (5-0-1). The women compete away against San Diego Mesa Friday, November 2.
