Irvine Valley's win streak is now at 32 matches as the Lasers continue to top the 2018 State Top 25 Rankings. Gavilan did not play last week, and remains at No. 2, followed by El Camino at #3, Cabrillo moves up to #4, Grossmont up to #5, Moorpark rises to #6, Hartnell jumps on the top 10 at #7, Sierra also leaps on at #8, Canyons comes from the Best of the Rest to take the #9 spot, while Long Beach drops to #10.
Four new teams made it on to the top 25 in #9 COC, #20 Mt. San Antonio, #21 West Valley, and #25 Sequoias.
The Big 8 Conference has the most representatives on the top 25 with 5: #8 Sierra, #14 American River, #16 Folsom Lake, #19 Santa Rosa, and #22 SJ Delta. The Coast North features 4 teams in #4 Cabrillo, #7 Hartnell, #21 West Valley, and #23 San Mateo. The Orange Empire also has 4 teams with #1 Irvine, #12 Cypress, #17 Fullerton and #18 Orange Coast.
