RCC Grabs Fifth Sweep of the Year

Results

Riverside City College picked up its fifth sweep of the season with a 9-0 victory over Grossmont College Friday afternoon.

The Tigers improve to 5-1 on the year, while the Griffins drop to 0-3 overall.

All three RCC doubles teams dominated their matches to put the Tigers up 3-0 early. They carried it over into singles action as all six individuals won their matches in two sets.

Madison Reynoso didn't allow a single point for her singles opponent (6-0, 6-0) to help Riverside dominate Grossmont.

The Tigers look to carry momentum into Orange Empire Conference action, which begins Tuesday at 2 p.m. as Orange Coast College comes to RCC.
