EL CAJON -- The Grossmont College Women's tennis team is heading back to the CCCAA Dual playoffs.

The California Community College Athletic Association announced the bracket for the 2023 Dual Team Championships today and the Griffin women are heading to Sylmar to take on Los Angeles Mission College.

This was just days after the Griffins swept the Pacific Coast Athletic Conference titles.  Kat Busani defeated Sinaia Haskal of San Diego City College by 6-2, 6-0 scores.  Busani teamed up earlier in the day with Amy Linquist to defeat Haskal and Faith Satrya of San Diego City College by the same 6-2, 6-0 score.

"I can't wait to see the ladies put into action," head coach Megan Haber said on Monday.  "What they've been training so hard for.  My team rises to the occasion when the competition gets tough!  We cannot wait to get back to the CCCAA State Championships at Ojai this season!  It's going to be a great 2023 state championship season!"
