Congratulations to Kate Beezer for being selected as this week's CCCWVCA south region player of the week and PCAC Athlete of the week. 

Beezer, who played at Chico State University as a freshman, is a 5-10 transfer out of Christian High in El Cajon and this week's South Region POTW. Last week, she blasted 22 kills (.368), made 17 digs and served 3 aces in a 4-set win over Palomar. As the team's most consistent passer, she is averaging 3.5 kills and 2.8 digs per set.

Beezer helped Grossmont to a 3-0 start to Pacific Coast Athletic Conference play.
