On Friday, September 13, 2024, Grossmont College Football welcomed Pastor Terry Brooks of Bayview Baptist Church San Diego as well as members of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc., members of the Griffins Coaching Staff, and distinguished Alumni of the Griffins football community to engage in REAL TALK with our Griffin student-athletes.

REAL TALKS occur every Friday evening prior team games on Saturdays and feature barbershop-style talks in which both students and guests engage in conversations and discussions on topics such as academic excellence, respecting self & women, healthy relationships, avoiding substance abuse, grit & determination, and more.

This past Friday's REAL TALK Centered upon manhood, decision making, and life-long learning. HUGE THANK YOU to our special community guests for facilitating and engaging in these most important conversations with our student-athletes!
